Bugs et anti-ergonomique
La navigation dans les dossiers n’est absolument pas fluide (exemple, revenir en arrière comme on le fait sur n’importe quelle appli ne nous renvoi pas à la page précédente mais à l’accueil ! L’arborescence quand à elle n’est presque pas visible, planquée plus haut derrière trois points …). Autant dire que tous mes collègues novices en informatique on lâché l’affaire en 5 minutes.
Bug 8 fois sur 10 quand j’essaie de transférer une photo depuis mon téléphone. Pour m’éviter des crispations inutiles, je finis par ne plus utiliser l’appli. Je transfère mes photos sur mon ordi pour les ajouter aux dossiers SharePoint ensuite (très pratique…).
Enfin, il est impossible de réorganiser les dossiers. Il faut les créer tout de suite au bon endroit sinon il faut tout recommencer. Il y a soit disant une option à sélectionner pour pouvoir le faire mais pourquoi ça n’est pas possible de base ??? Et l’option n’est évidemment pas accessible aux utilisateurs mais seulement à l’administrateur, qui dans mon cas n’est ni dispo ni à l’aise en informatique donc il ne le fera jamais.
Bref ce qui pourrait être un bon outil est en fait un sacré boulet.
