LIARS AND INCOMPETENTS

I am extremely disappointed with Mint Mobile's customer service. I called to cancel my membership since they don't offer a one-month plan, explaining that I would not renew and asked how to proceed. I was told that I didn't need to do anything and would not be charged. However, I later received a text offering me $120 for three months as a gesture of goodwill.

Curious about the $120, I called customer service again and was assured multiple times that this amount was a complimentary offer. Despite this, my payment was supposed to renew on the 19th, but I was charged $120 on the 17th—two days before my actual end date.

This is unacceptable for two reasons: I clearly stated in my first call that I wanted to cancel, so there was no reason to charge me, and in my second call, I was told the $120 was a gift. I spent an hour on the phone today, wasting my time and money, and nothing was resolved.

In summary, Mint Mobile is incompetent and does not honor their promises. I hope someone from the technical team will review the call recordings from the 17th to see what was promised to me and not delivered.
