Description
miRack is a polyphonic Eurorack-style modular environment. It aims to provide user experience and audio quality close to those of the real Eurorack hardware. miRack can be used to build custom synthesizers, audio and MIDI effects, control other apps and equipment, as a playground to explore and learn modular synths, and for live performances.
miRack is also available on iOS devices.
* Comes with more than 800 modules created by third-party developers and adapted for mobile devices by miRack team. New modules are added regularly.
* AUv3 plugin for DAWs supporting v3 audio units, including Ableton Live, GarageBand, Logic Pro and Reaper and other. Can work as an instrument or audio effect. Supports parameter automation to record and automate changes of almost any virtual module control. Legacy AU and VST plugins for all other DAWs are available as separate downloads, visit mirack.app for details.
* AUv3 hosting capabilities (in-app purchase). Incorporate any AUv3 instrument, effect or MIDI effect plugins into your patches.
* Multi-channel audio input and output (in both standalone and AUv3 modes), with full support for Expert Sleepers audio interface modules to integrate with hardware Eurorack equipment.
* MIDI input and output, including MIDI clock sync, and MIDI learn function. Automate and control your patch, or control other software and hardware instruments with powerful sequencer modules.
* Ableton Link support to synchronise with other music software on the same device or over network.
* iCloud support to sync patches between iOS and macOS app versions.

Énorme! Et addictif.
Un excellent moyen de se mettre à la synthèse modulaire. Avec la dernière update la quantité de module est impressionnante. Le développeur répond s’il y a des problèmes.
L’appli tourne mieux sur mon iPad de base que VCV sur mon MacBook Pro (CPu usage trop haut).
C’est très addictif, essayer de mettre en câble ses idées ses concepts.
La mini réserve que j’ai c’est que certaines catégories de modules sont moins représentées. Par exemple dans les filtre il manque de choix sur des filtres de base (genre un low pas basique qui sonne. La plupart sont plus sophistiqués’ formants etc...)

Donc application très complète marche correctement mais demande beaucoup de puissance, je suis sur iPad mini 2019 et le processeur actuel arrive vite à ses limites. Une petite optimisation serai bien venu ou la possibilité de freeze tout les modules. A part ça tout est bon les possibilités sont énorme et le son super.
Édit : après la dernière mise à jour le nombre de module a beaucoup augmenté ! Toujours plus de possibilité !

Superbe application
J’explore depuis quelques jours la synthèse modulaire et je découvre par hasard cette magnifique application proche d’un VCV RACK sur PC/Mac. Quel plaisir de payer pour une application de ce niveau. Bravo aux développeurs qui ne peuvent être que des passionnés. J’ai connecté mon MPK mini à mon IPad mini et je ne peux plus m’arrêter ... des possibilités infinies et quel plaisir de créer son premier son audible 😉.
