Remote control not working

Zoom remote control isn’t working , only pressing the button to take a photo
Any advise much appreciated

La télécommande ne marche pas avec toutes les fonctions juste prise de photo.
Dommage pour une perche à ce prix on aurait voulu que tt fonctionne
