Pratique mais

Pourrait devenir incontournable car :
Cartes disponibles en version FR;
Complet
Assez intuitif

Miss kimpix ,

can be better

- the cards are ALL online, this makes the app slow
- must close many "card window" when one is searching cards of differents collections, this make process painfull
- the app is sloooow
- can't export directly on desktop
- when exporting there is not "color" row so we can't sort them by colors after export
- we can"t export deck by deck, must export ALL paaaiiiin for sorting them after in different files
- even if there is ALL this bad points, the ergonomy is not that bad and it works well by the way. sooo slooow (is that an electron app ?)

Developer Response ,

Hello Miss kimpix! Thank you for the feedback, I can make many of these changes. The app is SwiftUI, a Mac version of the iPad app. With your feedback I will focus on improving the Mac-like aspects of the experience like export, closing windows, and menu bar options. Please reach out to lionseyeapp@gmail.com if you have more questions or ideas.

Shuket ,

Interesting but..

I updated my review following more in depth tests:

Good points:
- on of the best in terms of cards recognitions (after 3 or 4 different apps that I still remember)
- the news feed is good to see/read even if some minor errors were seen on local game stores searches (a bookshop was listed as one)
- sorting of category between decks and collection is a plus, but could be improved (some sorting on deck are still messed up at the moment: like a basic forest sorted by type with artifacts instead of being counted with other lands)

Pain points:
- imports do not work at the time: tried several CSV as shown in the exemple given but the downloading was not stopping even after 30minutes 1 hour (tried with and without headers, for a all collection and only one card too)
- You can spend hours to manually select cards to a deck, but at the end nothing was added. On this one, it is mainly due to intuitiveness were you have to choose two times how many cards to add to a deck from search. If you skipped the first time by inputing nothing, and added a number like x1 to mainboard the second time, you will have a synaptic reaction from your phone to say the answer has been taken into account (good point), whereas in reality nothing has been added.
- crashes a lot (and removed what you did before it crashes), but it may be due to the fact it is an IPhone XS.
- statistics on deck are not accurate… or if they are the phrasing can be confusing: « cards with no mana costs are excluded », but on my histograms I have a 0 mana cost
- multiselection to add to a deck from collection do not add all the selected cards (not interesting to manually try to see which card(s) was not added when you selected more than 10 cards…). Still don’t know why, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. It may also be due to intuitiveness.
- cards added are added at a certain price, but when clicked (in a deck) the price fluctuates. However, it remains unchanged with the update button, unless you manually select the card.

Pain points moved to improvements:
- could be useful to also have card recognition to add them to a deck. The same scan used for collection for instance.

Improvements possible:
- simulate a draw from the deck in addition to the starting hand sample.
- more in depth details of subtypes on decks, especially useful when your decks is focused on a tribe.

Not tested yet:
- CSV exports to see what I can have on my computer.

What I said before in conclusion that it was not worth the 6€ for all the bugs will be slightly modified. The app is still evolving, in some times I think it could really be one of the top app on the market. However, I still have to use two apps (this one and another free one) to have similar results as to what this app promises. One app is to complement some bugs seen here, and this one to complement lack of functionalities of the other.

Developer Response ,

Hello Shuket, how have the new updates and improvements addressed your pain points? Let me know how the app experience is for you and if you have more questions. If you’re enjoying the app, please consider updating your rating. Thanks!
