The My BASE-app is only accessible for BASE customers via any internet connection. The app is free to download and use. The price for the data usage depends on your monthly plan or prepaid card.

Version 4.3.1
At BASE, we are constantly improving the My BASE app. This version contains a brand-new welcome screen in which you can easily and intuitively choose what you want to do in the app: log in, become a customer, activate a SIM card or set up a login. We also made the FAQ’s more accessible and improved the user experience of some services and fixed some bugs too.

Il est temps de faire évoluer l’application
Il est temps de faire évoluer l’application. En cas de panne de réseau mobile, il serait le minimum de pouvoir consulter une carte actualisée en temps réel pour voir les zones concernées par les pannes. Il est également grand temps de créer un service client accessible via un chat intégré ou WhatsApp, car sur Messenger, personne ne répond ou les réponses arrivent plusieurs jours …

Très utile certes avant l’application ne fonctionnait pas si bien mais ce peandant le problème a été régler donc je suis très content de cette application
