myMetLife Gulf (Middle East) app is designed for customers who are covered by a policy purchased from MetLife in one of the Gulf countries (UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain). It’s a one-stop online customer service center with everything MetLife has to offer! Manage your account, read the latest on health, fitness, and financial wellness, and access customer service. If you have medical insurance through your employer, you can also use the app to also access pre-approvals, submit and view claims and view your ID card. If you’re eligible, the app will also help you access Wellbeing Connect and the health tracking tool.

Painful claim submission
Can you please fix the photo loading format in the app ? The square shape makes it impossible to send a clear copy and results in having to clarify and resubmit. Consequently it takes ages to get to the end of the process.
