Mysa is the sleep companion for people who are stressed or having trouble to fall asleep. It provides soothing, peaceful music and sounds to lull you into deep restful sleep every night!
You can combine the music with nature and ambient sounds that you like. Try out all the different combinations that you can get and let Mysa fly you to the moon in your sleep!
Stress and anxiety can disturb our sleep. Lack of sleep and restful night can have profound negative effect on our health and well-being. Not enough sleep can make us more prone to sickness, make us more careless, decrease productivity, and make us more prone to even more stress and mental problems.
That’s why it’s important to build a simple habit of having enough sleep every day. However, we often have hard time falling asleep for many reasons (let’s say.. screen time!). There are so many people with insomnia or people who can’t have deep restful sleep that their body need.
So we create Mysa to help you overcome sleeping problems and make your sleep quality better.

Assez sympa :)
Cette appli est très bien car il y a quand même assez de choix malgré les choses payantes, puis on peut aussi ajouter des petits bruits en plus des musiques relaxantes. Et bien évidemment le son reste si on veut allé sur d’autres applications tout en ce relaxant ! Bref c’est cool 👍

Très belle appli, simple et efficace ! Les musiques sont magnifiques et les sons aussi (les vagues, la pluie et la nocturne sont mes préférés... j’adore). Fonctionne bien en mode avion l’écran verrouillé. La promo permet de tout avoir pour un montant dérisoire. Bref très satisfaite, je ne vais pas m’en lasser ! 💆🏻♀️
