Mpesa statements not working half the time
Not catering to diaspora
The application is becoming tiresome. One day it works the other day it doesn’t. Keep putting data only for it to be consumed and no access to the application. This is a 3rd review. Still disappointed.

M-PESA payment
I have been having trouble getting the reverse payment I requested following paying an incorrect amount. I spent over an hour waiting for customer service at Safaricom, was told the shop had approved the reverse charge and was told I would be refunded within half an hour and nothing has happened! The money has not reverted back to me !! Unacceptable
