Your subscription will work across your devices and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. This app don’t judge me and I love it
I seriously love this app. I’m using in between 2 and 3 times a week, I don’t follow any program but I choose in the workout library depending of my mood. And the app don’t judge me because I’m not following a program or because I don’t train regularly (I do but for cardio I don’t use any app … and other apps thought I was not training at all and harassed me with guilty notifications !!). I love the videos showing the movements ! It’s easy to put the phone against a wall and do an exercise watching the nobs video.
Plus the customer service is great. I had a connection issue and it was sorted quickly !
Will there be one day a low mobility or fat friendly home workout ? There’s some exercises I cant do because of my weight. I understand if it’s not on the list but it would be the cherry on top !

What a great app!
I have been following Lucy on instagram for a while after I listened to her as a guest on a podcast. I love her attitude towards health and fitness and her app is a great reflection of that. I’ve been going to the gym regularly for a while now and I was getting bored of my usual routine so I downloaded the app a few weeks ago and started the senior gym guide. I love that I can chose a 2 day split as that’s all the free time I have at the moment. The exercises are varied and I love that you can swap if the equipment isn’t free/you don’t fancy doing that particular exercise.
Well done Lucy and team on a great addition to the fitness app market!
