Excellente application pour réserver son parking à l’avance ! Bons prix, interface facile d’utilisation et on peut même réserver des parkings dans les hôtels sans séjourner dedans. L’application sert aussi de clef d’accès au parking ! Un Must !

Parking pas fonctionnel
J’ai pris un parking avec votre app. A l’arrivé le parking est en travaux et n’est donc pas auto comme indiqué il faut demander pour entrer et saisir le code. Bref ça fonctionne quand même on va dire même si c’est pas pratique. A la sortie aujourd’hui je pars je saisis le code mais ça ne fonctionne pas sûrement à cause du parking en travaux. Résultat j’appelle l’hôtel depuis trois heures personne ne répond. J’appelle Onepark j’ai un répondeur qui me dit de remplir un formulaire sur le site. Et pendant ce temps la le compteur parking tourne en hors forfait. Vous ne devriez pas laisser vos utilisateurs réserver des parkings qui ne fonctionnent pas! Et vous devriez avoir un numéro où on a quelqu’un. Pas un répondeur. Bref très déçu j’espère que mon histoire va s’arranger vite.
EDIT: 4 étoiles, service client au top tout est arrangé et pas de surcoût. Mais enlever les parkings qui fonctionnent pas svp!

Vraiment pratique
C’est application est vraiment bien. Simple à utiliser, la recherche des parkings disponibles sur la carte est top. Les frais sont raisonnables. Je l’utilise régulièrement maintenant. Le seul bémol: les prestations parfois chaotiques des gestionnaires de parkings : codes pas reconnus, bornes accès parking défectueuses... mais là , c’est un autre problème. Je recommande cette application
