Onoff Business, the ARCEP-recognised French telecommunications operator, allows enterprises to provide professional mobile numbers to their employees through a simple and intuitive web platform. Employees then just need to download the Onoff Business application on their phones. The Onoff Business numbers support incoming & outgoing calls as well as SMS/MMS as a regular phone number but without needing to have another phone or a second SIM card. A visual voicemail is included. The application is accessible from any smartphone or tablet.

Now you can transfer your ongoing calls any number or a contact!
We implemented a transcribe option to voicemails. Now you can just read the voicemail you received and copy the transcript.
Of course as always we made some minor bug fixes and performance improvements.

Facile d’utilisation
Outil financé par mon employeur permet d’avoir un second numéro sur son propre téléphone activable ou désactivable très facilement avec son propre répertoire possibilité d’envoyer des sms parfait.
Super application pour les IDEL
Enfin une application qui me permet avec ma collègue de récupérer les lignes fixes et portables du cabinet sans avoir à se donner le portable.
Auparavant nous loupions souvent les appels entre les 2 relevés et cela posait problème.
Plus de difficultés désormais. C’est parfait !
Juste un bémol, la qualité des appels est parfois médiocre si le réseau n’est pas suffisant.
Bonne idée mais service client à chi..
Je trouve l’idée super et très prometteuse, j’ai eu une proposition pour payer à l’année mon forfait à 10,8 euros en 172
Puis pour je ne sais quelle motif j’ai un prélèvement de 18 euros qui arrive en plus , je fais donc une demande par mail pour avoir une explication, la personne me dit qu’elle se rapproche du service comptabilité puis me recontacte
5 jours après pas de nouvelles et même pas de réponse à mon mail
C’est dommage car cela montre un manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme aux services clients et au suivis des dossiers
