The OpenDyslexic font is intended to make reading easier for people with dyslexia. The letters are thick at the bottom, which helps to avoid confusion and better follow the line to be read.
This font is often used in schools to compensate for reading problems for dyslexic, dysorthographic and dyspraxic people.
You will be able to write or reformat documents to adapt them to these pathologies.
Tip: Besides using these fonts, I also advise airing out the text by increasing the font size, and the spacing between letters/words and lines. This will further improve the readability of the text.
With this application, you will be able to:

Incompatible avec l’application livre d’Apple
J’ai achete la suite de police pour pouvoir lire sur mon iphone et ipad mais ca ne fonctionne pas.

Effectivement l’application Apple Books ne permet pas d’utiliser les polices installées, mais cela n’est malheureusement pas de mon ressort. Vous pouvez néanmoins utiliser Apple Pages qui le permet mais pas pour l’usage que vous vouliez. Je vous encourage à laisser un commentaire sur l’application Apple Books pour demander de pouvoir utiliser des polices installées par les utilisateurs.
