You can then go through all the applications and start a conversation with your candidate directly on OpenWork.

Apply for any job posting directly on OpenWork! You can look through all the postings, and if you come across one that you feel fits, submit a short paragraph to let the employer know what makes you the best candidate. If your application progresses, the job poster will contact you directly on OpenWork to start the interview process.
