* Access a contact list of all users in your account and their contact information
* Create new incidents directly from the mobile app
* Loop in responders for additional help
* Execute custom actions (like restarting servers, running diagnostics, etc.) on incidents

- We are introducing the new minimum OS requirements to ensure the app continues to be innovative and secure. Starting June 18, 2024, the future versions of the app will require iOS 16.0 or higher. Please ensure your device is upgraded to continue receiving mobile app updates.
- To improve security, Mobile app login from rooted or jailbroken devices is now blocked

The application is terrible

I don't exacly know what's happened but the application started to lag, it was quite straightforward until April 2019 but after that, everything is slow, 3 sec for an in-app ack is not acceptable...

You should guys pay attention to the quality of the app, when ringing at 3am it's an invitation to find another provider.

Does not work well

The push notifications work. However, the rest does not.

Reloading a list of issues seems to be very complicated because it works only 1 time out of 10 on this app. Usually it is stuck on a "Loading…" screen and never loads. I have to quit the app in order for the loading to be done correctly.
This is unacceptable! And I am unhappy.
