Erreur montant collecté
Le montant net collecté que vous affichez dans cette nouvelle app est faux
Vous ajoutez la commission que vous nous prélevez au lieu de la soustraire au montant total collecté.
Je trouve qu’il manque aussi l’accès au gestionnaire de litige qui peut être pratique lorsque l’on est en déplacement.
Les notifications de paiements reçus comme sur lapp PayPal serait également un plus.
Sinon l’idée d’une app professionnelle est bienvenue.
Perfectible…
L’intérêt d’avoir deux app différentes est discutable, surtout quand une fonctionnalité déconne sur l’une et non sur l’autre. Exemple ce jour : je reçois une demande de paiement, deux notifications par mes deux app Paypal et Paypal Business. J’ouvre cette dernière qui devrait être plus pro, et impossible de valider. Heureusement que j’ai gardé l’app Paypal standard, j’ai accepté le paiement sans souci. Si Paypal a les moyens de faire la maintenance sur deux app, il faut croire que les frais engrangés sont trop importants et qu’ils ne savent pas quoi faire de leur argent. Tip : réduire les frais et ne développer qu’une app, avec les fonctionnalités business réservées aux comptes pro. (Ca doit pouvoir se faire 😏). Bon sinon l’app fait le job 🤓
Satisfait
Je me sert de PayPal depuis plusieurs années et j’en suis très satisfait. Je ne règle mes achats sur le net que si je peux l’utiliser sinon je n’achète pas. J’ai eu deux ou trois articles soit non livré ou en mauvais état et PayPall à réglé les problèmes sans problème.
