Fixed incorrect tags appear to be selected, and sometimes clearing tags doesn't all the notes issues

I’m very satisfied with how helpful the app is. Nevertheless, I think it would be much more convenience if we are also able to note down how long the task last! Looking forward to this new update if possible. Thank you!
