Currently, Perspectives is only available as part of a research study at Massachusetts General Hospital. The research study is testing the benefits of Perspectives as a therapy app for body image concerns. Perspectives is intended to deliver a specialized course of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) that reduces bBody Ddysmorphic Ddisorder (BDD) severity.
