"Pregnancy Weight Track" app for iPhone and iPad helps you help you monitor your weight during pregnancy and keep it within healthy limits. It tracks pre-pregnancy weight, weight-gain on weekly basis.

Disappointing
This App crashes every time I try to use the graph feature, it's not ideal when using the metric system for weight entry - default weight is set to 150kg, you have to scroll a lot every time. I tried to use the assistance feature, but the app is not listed on their website.
