แอปพลิเคชันให้ข้อมูลการใช้ยาอย่างรอบรู้ในยุคดิจิทัล ด้วยการค้นหารายการยา และ scan QR Code บนหน้าซองยา เพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชนในการบันทึกข้อมูลยาของตน สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลการใช้ยาและองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาที่ที่ถูกต้องน่าเชื่อถือ รวมถึงสามารถค้นหาโรงพยาบาลและร้านยาคุณภาพได้ พัฒนาโดยเครือข่ายโรงพยาบาลกลุ่มสถาบันแพทยศาสตร์แห่งประเทศไทย (UHosNet) ร่วมกับ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข สำนักงานรัฐบาลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ศูนย์พัฒนามาตรฐานระบบข้อมูลสุขภาพไทย (ศมสท.) สถาบันวิจัยระบบสาธารณสุข (สวรส) และสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.)
