The app is okay for the phone, it does the job. Although it’s annoying that you can’t block apps for 24h for the real digital detox. It doesn’t work on MacBook, which makes it useless. If you’re really addicted to certain apps, you’ll just use them in desktop version . I wanted to buy freedom instead, because it works on both phone and computer. But refocus charged me €59 anyway. This feels like a fraud. They could at least charge me for a month, but nope, they decided to just make this subscription decision for me. Now I have a useless app for €59. I think such robbery should be prohibited. I tried to get the refund, but to no avail.

Hi there! Apologies for the issue. Unfortunately Apple controls the subscription, so Refocus can't directly issue a refund. However, you can request a refund through Apple. Please e-mail "hello@refocusapp.co" for directions, or search "request a refund apple app store" on a search website like Google. I believe there's a chance you got a refund on February 26 based off information on our end. You can also cancel any subscription by visiting the App Store > click your profile > Subscriptions > Refocus > Cancel Free Trial.
