Our mission at Ring Twice is to bring people that are looking for help together with other who can help them and are glad to do so. We believe in the power of shared talent and knowhow. And trust us, your neighbourhood is filled with hidden talent!

You would be amazed to see how good your neighbour is at playing the piano, or how passionate he is about animals. Maybe he’d even gladly teach you Japanese? Let’s be honest: you’d love to show off in your local sushi restaurant.

How does Ring Twice work?

A service request is triggered and Ring Twice notifies the nearby talents.


2. An offer is accepted

Several trust criteria such as reviews, profile, price, ... are used to make a choice.


3. Great people meet

The service is provided in a trustful environment. The online payment as well.

Who’s Ring Twice?
Founded in 2013, Ring Twice (ex-ListMinut) is a 100% Belgian web start-up, active throughout the country. It all started as a graduation project, and since then, more than 400,000 users have found reliable help in their neighbourhood thanks to more than 36,000 service providers.

Today, the Ring Twice family (yes, we consider ourselves a small family) is made up of 27 motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious people. And we're still growing!

Application Belge ?

Pour utiliser l’application il faut donner son adresse, mais on ne peut pas mettre d’adresse française, les adresses proposées sont uniquement des adresses belges.

Dépanne mais ne prévient pas les abus

Je suis d’accord avec le business modèle qui n’est pas au point: un abonnement mensuel obligatoire alors qu’on ne sait même pas si on va trouver quelqu’un pour faire ses travaux/dépannages; ensuite aucune notification/ facture de l’abonnement mensuel contractualisé: moralité, on oublie de se désinscrire et Listminut vous prélève gentillement sans prévenir;
Enfin, ce système m’a permis de trouver des artisans deux fois certes; par contre, les artisans utilisent ce système pour prendre contact avec vous et le contourne ensuite. Ils passent faire un devis, gratuitement ou moyennant un petit forfait. Et puis on vous propose un tarif au noir, parfois exorbitant. Si vous refusez, il faut tout recommencer, car l’app ne permet pas de sélectionner plusieurs prestataires pour faire plusieurs devis en même temps, ce qui est assez paradoxal pour les travaux dans le bâtiment. Grossi modo ça fonctionne si on vous fournit un prix sur la base de la description de vos besoins, c’est-à-dire des travaux simples. Mais dès que ça se complique, mieux vaut téléphoner directement à des artisans.

Effectivement, lorsque vous sélectionnez un plan, celui-ci se renouvelle jusqu’à ce que vous le stoppiez via votre espace client (vous pouvez le faire à tout moment), c’est indiqué sur la page via laquelle vous choisissez votre plan tarifaire. Cependant, le but n’est pas que vous vous sentiez arnaqué, puis-je vous inviter à contacter notre support client sur l’adresse contact@listminut.com ? On ne va pas vous laisser dans cette situation et allons tenter de trouver une manière de contenter tout le monde. 😉 A bientôt !
