Roon Essentials is the music player for music lovers. This release includes many new features, including our integration with Qobuz and the ability to browse hundreds stations in our new Live Radio directory. It also includes performance improvements and bug fixes.

Not flawless but still a good app

I’m not going to discuss Roon here - the Roon essentials app, afa I know mainly used by ELAC, is a good way of accessing the great algorithms of Roon and large part of the functionality at an entry level price point.
The app sometimes loses connection and can be a bit slow but nothing that can’t be fixed with a reboot or a new login. I’ve been running it for three years and wouldn’t miss it for anything except when I’ll be moving to the full Roon functionality
