Commande non reçu refus de remboursement
ROSEGAL c’est bien tant qu’il n’y a pas de soucis... seulement voilà.... J’ai passé une commande le 26/04. Je ne l’ai jms reçu pourtant j’ai bien été débité.... où est mon colis? Réponse: on a jusqu’au 6/08 pour le livrer. Ah bon? Ms c’est inscrit ou? Nan parce que le site annonce 8 jours ouvrés... après des dizaines d’échanges par mail on me dit que mon colis a été livré. Bah non je n’ai rien reçu. Tout ce qu ils trouvent à me répondre c’est que c’est le transporteur qui a perdu le colis. Je réclame depuis le remboursement de ma commande. On me fait des propositions étranges de type un avoir de 25usd et des points puis 40usd... ouais ms j’ai dépensé plus de 57€ donc forcément ça ne me convient pas. Je serai sensé subir la perte du colis? Il n’en est pas question. Je ne suis pas responsable! Leur SAV mets à chaque fois plusieurs jours pour me répondre, gagne du tps depuis près d’1 mois et ne répond pas à une chose simple : j’ai pas reçu ma commande donc tu rembourses ! C’est inadmissible. Je vous déconseille fortement ce site qui n’est pas très fiable en terme de taille et surtt en terme de sav. La satisfaction client et l’honnêteté ne font pas partis de leurs priorités.
