Description

RSS Menu is a systemwide menu that allows you to read and organize your favourite RSS, Atom and/or JSON feeds.

The articles are automatically updated and you will get a notification when new articles are available or when some other event occurs. In addition to visual notification, you can also enable speech notification and choose one of the many built in voices.

Key features include:

- easy to use RSS browsing with systemwide menu
- very fast parsing engine
- auto detects if a url has one or more feeds
- importing and exporting of OPML files
- many options to customize the menu
- support for saving articles for offline reading
- support for grouping feeds in submenus and adding separators
- support for favourite icons (aka page icons)
- supports RSS, Atom and JSON feeds

Version 3.3.1

- fixed an issue that could cause RSS Menu to use a lot of memory
- fixed a bug when exporting to an OPML file
- fixed a bug when importing an OPML file
- fixed a bug that would not update the UI when importing an OPML file
- significantly reduced the amount of memory and CPU usage
- article preview in menu will only show if the article has content

Note: The first time you select the menu it will take a second or so to show up. This is due to a new implementation to reduce the amount of times the menu is being built.

Instable, ne fait que planter sous 10.6.8 En plus il pert ses reglages et les flus rss qui vont avec....
Vite ! Une mise a jour !

Thank you very much for ruining the App

The main reason I used your app was precisely because it was runing as a background app, and it would be highly appreciated if this function would be implemented again.

As a "background app" I used to run it at startup for now it will just sleep in the Application folder, waiting for better days.

Version 3.1 has the option to turn RSS Menu into a background only app. Just as before.

J'aime bien cette application que j'utilise depuis de nombreuses années.
