Audio guide pas au point
J’ai malheureusement perdu un temps fou à chercher l’audio guide sur cette appli alors que c’est la raison principale pour laquelle les gens la télécharge, ce qui m’a gâché l’expérience. Une fois fait, le contenu est intéressant.
Pour accéder à l’audio guide : aller dans l’onglet Billets -> Avez-vous déjà vous billets ?
Si vous chercher l’audio guide
Pour les personnes qui cherche l’audio guide comme moi, dans l’application il faut ce rendre dans l’onglet « billets », swiper jusqu’à la zone où vous trouvez la question « avez-vous déjà vos billets ? », cliquer dessus, dans le formulaire qui apparaît, rentrer vos infos ( qui se trouve dans le mail ), confirmer, et là vous trouverez l’audio guide que vous pourrez télécharger. Mise à part cette complication pour trouver l’audio guide, l’application est bien conçu. J’ai aimé le concept d’utiliser son smartphone pour être guidé avec des explications riche. Ps: le lieu est magnifique.
Pas intuitif
Au bout de 10 minutes en pleine chaleur à chercher l’onglet d’audio-guide (la seule raison pour laquelle j’ai téléchargé cette application) j’ai fini par abandonner et faire la visite sans lui.
C’est pourtant sans doute la fonction la plus recherchée sur cette application : qui télécharge l’application de chaque monument historique qu’il compte visiter pour trouver ses tickets ? Alors que télécharger l’application sur place pour écouter les commentaires audio est bien plus pertinent et pourrait être mis en avant.
