2 choses importantes qu’il manque de mon point de vue:
- ajouter un champs de recherche dans la partie « planification » sur des objets des WO ou des WOLI pour pouvoir retrouver une intervention passée ou futur. C’est embêtant quand il y a beaucoup d’interventions de pouvoir retrouver rapidement une intervention.
- avoir la visualisation sur les transferts de produits effectués. Aujourd’hui, on ne voit que les produits à recevoir et l’historique des produits reçus. Peut être intégrer des vues de liste dans cette partie « inventaire » —> « transfert de produits »

mais quel mauvais menu déroulant

Bonjour, quelle perte de temps ce nouveau menu déroulant à faire glisser à plusieurs reprises vers le haut pour pouvoir appuyer sur Démarrer ou Terminer.
Merci de remettre comme c’était pour retrouver une ergonomie correcte.

Service d’assistance déplorable et incompétent. Le service téléphonique est nul, on vous prétend répondre par mail: rien! Sur l’interface, avant il y’a avait un bandeau où vous pouviez faire défiler les jours avec un point sur les jours où vous aviez des interventions. Maintenant quand vous cliquez sur l’icône calendrier, vous n’avez plus le bandeau mais un calendrier ptt où vous devez cliquer sur chaque jour pour savoir si vous avez une intervention ou pas ce jour ! La devise de Field’s service devrait être : Pourquoi faire simple quand on peut faire compliquer !
