Description
Scan Now est un scanner mobile et un outil de gestion de documents. ScanNow vous permet de numériser des documents au format PDF, d'extraire du texte à partir d'images, de partager au format PDF ou des images par e-mail, un éditeur PDF rapide, de convertir un PDF en JPG, DOC, PDF ou TXT en quelques secondes. Vous pouvez numériser n'importe quel document dont vous avez besoin, des reçus aux documents de plusieurs pages en passant par les cartes. Vous pouvez ensuite modifier et partager ou télécharger vos numérisations préférées. Surtout, cette application utilise l'OCR qui vous permet de convertir n'importe quel document numérisé en texte.

Replaced my scanner and my laptop!
I am on the road with freight and used to carry a scanner and laptop and briefcase with paperwork.. I now only carry my smart phone and a handful of envelopes and stamps.
I scan carefully, email the PDF to the office and the office believes they are better than a fax as they can print in color if need to. The original goes into an envelope and mailed at the first mail box I see. No need for a copy the is one in the app and another in my email. And And I don't worry about losing the original, it's the post office responsibility now!
I have tried some of the other similar apps but believe Scan Now is the best.
Best app! Use it all the time for work!
I was so glad when my husband introduced me to Scan Now. It has helped me be able to communicate with my home office which is half hour away from the school that I work at. Makes my workday better and easier. Makes the finance office happy because they can see all of the receipts easily. If the app that I absolutely use the most for work. Have recommended it very highly too many of my coworkers and they are also delighted with the app. It’s easy to use pretty intuitive and free, what could be better?!!
Excellent productivity tool.
Excellent productivity tool. Helps with keeping receipts and other documents. Easy to email .pdf files to others or to keep in Dropbox for permanent records. Not as good as my $500 Fujitsu scanner attached to my PC but considering the low cost and portability it’s a better value than the Fujitsu. I use one or the other depending on the situation. Scan Now produces very usable .pdf scans from my iphone. I hold my breath and use the “torch” lighting setting at an angle to the paper to get good scans with minimal blur and minimal reflection of printer text.
