• Close a Position with less steps. Tap “Sell All” from the positions page action menu to close the full quantity of a Stock, ETF, or Mutual Fund position. The ability to close and roll option positions is coming soon in a future release.
• Live Chat Now Available. Easily connect with a Schwab representative for answers to your questions. To begin, tap the colored Schwab Assistant icon at the top of any page, then type “Chat with a representative”.

Very easy to use, very cheap, good amount of info/research, never a problem, just don’t like the necessity to call to make some transactions.
Problem with check deposit
When you enter the amount for a check deposit, it does not work properly. I tried to enter $300 but it kept erasing it when I pressed “done.” Then I entered the same sum, skipped “done” and just pressed to go to the next page to review. Then it said I had entered $30,000. I had to enter $3 for it to register as 300. Maybe fix this.
Always have to call customer service
Not a great platform.
The UI is not great.
Besides, my account is always “restricted”. No idea why. So I always have to call customer service to access my funds. They’re not open 24/7, which further adds to the frustration and delays. There are defini better platforms out there.
