• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan. Alternatively a one-time payment plan is available (this is not a subscription).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the cost of the chosen package, unless cancelled 24-hours in advance prior to the end of the current period. The subscription fee is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Per Apple policy, no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

J’ai été dessus de voir que les prélèvements ne sont pas mensuels comme ils prétendent mais on te prend tout d’un coup je suis énervée.

Alors comme je ne peux plus me faire rembourser ni marche arrière je recupere mes larmes et en profite😔

Sorry to hear. StoryBoost is free to download and comes with free Templates. While there is an option top upgrade in the app, you should only be charged if you choose a subscription and confirm the payment in the app. Nevertheless, to request a refund, please reach out to Apple.

Trop de bugs encore

L’application a de jolis designs pour créer des stories originales (même en version gratuite).
Par contre, il y a beaucoup trop de bugs : l’application s’ouvre une fois sur deux (ça plante pendant l’ouverture), impossible d’enregistrer une story avec plusieurs visuels (il faut les enregistrer séparément et les charger manuellement sur son compte IG), les traductions en français sont parfois approximatives (que veut dire « Autre » dans la partie téléchargement ?) et il y a des améliorations à apporter à l’ergonomie (certains textes s’affichent en noir sur gris foncé donc illisibles).
Il faut améliorer tout ça et je suis sure qu’après ce sera 5 étoiles !
