SG Bike 4+

Very disappointing

This app and the bikes are a disastrous user experience. This morning i tried more than 10 bikes in 3 different sites on Clemenceau Avenue. None of them could be unlocked as the app QR reader either goes time out or sends you an error message. I lost 30 min. The bikes are most often shabby and poorly maintained. The rare times when you can unlock a bike, it is more expensive at 1SGD/min than Anywheel whose bikes are way better and app works perfectly. Until they revamp the app and the bikes seriously any honest user must avoid SG bike

Increadibly expensive rates!

My first time using the app, I went for an evening stroll with the bike that was, first of all not in the best condition. I cycled for 1:30 hrs and was charged 44 SGD ! An outrageous price !! I will not use again if they do not reimburse me, at a fair price.
Do not recommend.

No bikes available

I looked for a bike for an hour and tried scanning more than 25 bikes, none of which were available. And of course, you cannot know about the bikes availability before you top up your account...
