Le fait déjà d’avoir une carte gratuite vous permettant de pas perdre de temps sur chaque nouvelles bornes que vous rencontrez est déjà un gros plus. Ajouté à cela un service client très réactif. Je me suis même surpris à pouvoir utiliser une borne (non shell) alors que l’appli ne l’avait pas répertorié. Seul point d’amélioration selon moi serait un affichage en temps réel lorsque l’on commence une session de recharge peut importe la borne (prix, temps, kw et kwh rechargé). Et également un affichage historique en € TTC et non HT.

Bien mais l’option session active en cours disparaît par moment. Pouvez vous faire un maj qui corrigerais ce bug. Un endroit on l’on vois directement notre session en cours avec le nombre de kilowatt délivré et la consommation. Sans avoir à cliquer sur la page qui s’affiche discrètement en haut et qui disparaît par moment … à cause de ça je n’ai pas pus arrêter m’a charge et donc bloqué à la borne … merci

L’application ne fonctionne plus depuis quelques semaines
(je mets une étoile pour attirer l’attention des développeurs, alors qu’en tant normal l’application en mérite 4/5 !!)
Depuis quelques semaines (dernier update ?) l’application crashe systématiquement (sur iOS, et j’ai une connaissance avec le même problème sur android…) lorsque, depuis la vue « map » j’essaie de déclencher une recharge sur la borne à côté de laquelle je me trouve. Ce bug rend l’application complètement inutile de fait.
La seule solution de contournement (puisque 90% du temps je déclenche la recharge pour ma propre borne à domicile) est d’utiliser l’onglet « borne de recharge » pour lancer la recharge.
Malheureusement ce contournement ne s’applique pas pour les utilisateurs tiers qui souhaitent utiliser ma borne (qui est accessible au public)
Merci de corriger le problème dès que possible…
