Pas satisfait du service après-vente
A l’heure actuelle, après une grosse commande de plusieurs Shelly 2PM, TRV et smoke, j’ai un seul problème avec un TRV
Je contacte le service client, on tombe dans un processus complexe, demande de vidéo, renvoi vers le service assistance et communication compliqué
Tout ça pour un seul TRV que j’aimerai juste échanger car il ne marche pas contrairement au deux autres où je n’ai eu aucun problème
Passez par des revendeurs dont vous connaissez le service après-vente, évitez la maigre économie qui peut être fait via Shelly France car en cas de problème vous perdrez votre temps
