Application très utile

Bonne application, fonctionnalités intéressantes ce qui est dommage c 'est qu on ne puisse pas avoir tout le matériel ( caisse, scan, et accessoires) chez shopify.
Autrement appli super pour un petit prix on possède un logiciel très fonctionnel.

Bad Ux can’t logout

Blocked on pincode screen, we can’t logout on it to connect to another store. Ux so bad

Hey Traincorail! Thank you so much for reaching out. Have you tried resetting the POS app? If you head to your iPad/Android device settings and scroll down until you see the POS app and select > select Reset Account > Toggle on Reset. This will allow the app to reset in the back end and will also sign you out of whatever store you are currently signed into. If you continue to have issues after the reset please connect with our Retail support to assist further.

You may also try an App Reset which is used to create a blank-slate on the POS app. Unlike an uninstall, this is a full wipe as if the app had never been installed before.

1. Go to iPad/iPhone Settings
2. Scroll down to `Shopify POS`.
3. Select `Reset Account`.
4. There’ll be a toggle to tap that will reset all the app data + current logged in user. Tap the toggle
5. Force close the pos app + reopen.
