Description

Since iQuit is a very simple app to keep track of the time since stopping smoking, drinking, or anything else you want to track. It also provides an estimated financial saving and acts as a motivational aid.

I wrote a version of this programme on the 25th March 2009... The day I stopped smoking.

Perhaps it's just the Scot in me, but I found the fact that I was saving my money as well as my health to be a great motivator through the cravings and during my weaker moments.

It also became a little like an unbroken chain of 'good days' - the more they accumulated, the more determined I was to not break the chain!

I hope that this simple app can help you to stay free of whatever you are trying to quit, as it has for me.

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Parfait

Application parfaite pour arrêter de fumer. Je conseille pour sa simplicité et son design épuré.
On rentre la date d'arrêt, l'heure, le nombre de cigarette fumées/jour et le prix/jour et on se rend vite compte du fric qu'on perd…

Simple

Une app simple qui pourtant fait beaucoup de bien!
Et d'ailleurs une des rares à permettre de choisir l'€uro comme monnaie économisée!
