I have a permanent resident in Serbia i live and work for 5 years in serbia having serval banks account never get these welcome in any another bank or society of finance .. i go today to open account and the surprise was that when they saw my different passport and the ID cart that i provide the agent take my papers and walk away to every senior in the bank and all they said no he is stranger she back to me with word no we can’t open for you and the reason you are stranger.. Yes OTP i am Stranger ho is légal work and live in serbia for all life . Only because different color only different skin.. the colors are matter with this bank .
