About Stoic subscriptions:

A subscription of £39.99 per month (£29.99 per month for legacy users) will be applied to your Apple account at the end of the trial. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your Apple account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

A subscription gives you the following benefits:
- Access to all training cycles - this includes full access to our targeted training cycles for UKSF selection, Potential Royal Marines Course and the Parachute Regiment Aptitude Course as well as specific training cycles based on improving your Strength, Conditioning and the Fundamentals and access to our Zero Equipment and Minimalist Equipment cycles when you don’t have access to a full training facility.

- Ability to customise your own calendar - customise your training to suit your schedule.
