Thanks for using StrongLifts! We're continuing to improve Apple Watch based on feedback of StrongLifters like you. Logging workouts from the Apple Watch works great. But you may experience sync issues when using an Apple Watch and iPhone at the same time - we're working on improving this. For now here's what's new in this version:

• Watch not always launching workout mode
• Watch not always syncing with apple activity/heart rate
• Watch timer randomly disappearing or closing iPhone timer
• Watch ghost notifications when closing the timer prematurely
• Watch auto-redirect to next exercise all sets done
• Watch weight per side ignored custom bar weight
• Watch sync with iPhone, further improvements
• Watch Series 5 small design improvements
• Duplicate next workout

Please check that any issue you may have had are now fixed.

Parfait!

L'application permet d'avoir un suivi constant pour un bonne entraînement, parfait!

Super app malgré quelques soucis

L’application est simple à prendre en main et est parfaite pour ceux qui suivent le programme StrongLifts, mais je note toutefois 2 écueils :
- la synchronisation des entraînements entre deux terminaux se fait mal
- Après avoir renseigné manuellement plusieurs jours de données (cf. synchronisation défaillante), l’application n’incrementait plus les poids di prochain entraînement

Je mets quand même 4 étoiles parce que si vous n’utilisez l’application sur un seul terminal vous n’aurez aucun problème

Très bonne application Method 5x5 !

Bonne prise en main. L’application vous indique la charge personnalisée à pousser, à tirer ou à lever pour chaque exercices. À vous de jouer ! Cochez à la fin de chaque série puis l’exercice est validée. Félicitations ! La charge de la prochaine séance est automatiquement calculée.

Ce qui est regrettable, c’est que l’application en version complète soit uniquement disponible par abonnement.
