TABATACH Timer is an easy to use app for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

It helps you to do Tabata, Crossfit, Kettlebell, Running, Yoga, Cycling or any interval fitness training.
Define your workout intervals (work, rest, cycles ) and create unique, personalized workouts.

TABATACH is loaded with different types of Whistle Sounds that help identify what part of a workout you are in, interval beeps for example tell you when a new interval has started. It will help you focus on your workout and forget about the time.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

La seule chose serait de pouvoir avoir la durée totale lors de l'arrêt d'une séance quand on ne l'a finit pas dans sa totalité. Plus de couleurs également mais exos facilement interchangeables pour éviter la routine. Je l'utilise plusieurs fois par semaine.

Parfait pour s'y mettre

A la recherche d'exercices à faire à la maison, j'ai découvert cette méthode avec cette application. Je suis conquis. Contrairement à d'autres applications similaires, on peut tester immédiatement après l'installation, car elle est très claire (quelques mots d'anglais) et contient quelques exercices de base. Pas de chichi. Une fois à l'aise, il est possible de programmer ses propres routines d'exercices favoris.

I love this app overall! It’s great I can add any workout I desire !!! Thank you very much for the great app!!! 🤩❤️

I juste have some ideas for future updates to help:
- add rest between each movement (when I put only one cycle, the « rest » is the preparation time and I can’t adjust rest for each exercise 😊)
- another idea would be a « rep » mode instead of only timing mode, where you could mix both of them, to alternate cardio and reps (if I want to do 20 push ups (click next when done) and after plank for example) 😋
