Super App
J’adore le fait qu’on puisse trouver tout sur l’application Tally WEiJL, la livraison est assez rapide et l’app est super facile à utiliser
Bugs
Il y a beaucoup de bugs sur l’application. C’est embêtant, parce qu’il y a de jolies choses, et souvent ça me refroidi pour commander. L’application n’est pas assez fluide. Par exemple les articles en favoris. Les articles supprimés reviennent toujours dans les favoris, et nous ne pouvons pas descendre jusqu’en bas de la liste, donc ça s’accumule, et nous sommes obligés de retourner les chercher dans le catalogue.
Autre bug, c’est sur le catalogue. Lorsque l’on clique sur un article, et que l’on regarde les déclinaisons de couleurs, dès qu’il faut quitter la page, cela nous ramène tout en haut du catalogue. C’est très embêtant. Je ne suis pas allée au bout du plusieurs commandes à cause de l’application qui compte trop de bugs.
Quelques dysfonctionnements
J’aime beaucoup la marque, mais le site et l’application bug beaucoup. Lorsque je place des articles dans ma wish list, ils finissent par disparaître… et c’est dommage parce que je n’arrive pas à retrouver des articles que je souhaitais finalement acheter.
