Description

TaskTab places the focus squarely on your to do list. We've intentionally kept the app as simple as possible to allow you to quickly add, check off and manage your tasks without being distracted by pointless features that overly complicate the key purpose of a to do list app. The app lives in your menubar and is available at a click of a button or via its customizable hot key.

- A beautifully designed native app for macOS that supports both light and dark mode.

- You can easily import a to do list as well as export them to share with others.

- You can optionally choose to show the number of remaining items in your menubar.

We've worked hard to make TaskTab as powerful and efficient as possible for you to use. We would love to hear your thoughts via email and make any improvements to future versions of this app. We intend to have an active development cycle powered by your feedback and support!

Simple, intuitive, efficient!

This application does exactly what it claims, it is simple and intuitive (just write a todo on the menu and it will appear, click on it and it moves to the list of accomplished tasks)
and highly addictive: now, whenever I want to know what remains to be done I just click on its icon on the menu bar, it couldn't be easier.

Here are some ideas for further improvements:
1) give the user the possibility of changing the position of a task on the menu, without going through the task manager. For example, open the menu, and while pressing on
the Alt key, move tasks higher or lower
2) give the user the possibility of grouping tasks into categories (for example "Urgent", "In the next few months", "Work", "Family", etc.) with different colors.

Thanks again for this beautiful app with such a simple and intuitive interface (I have tried many TODO apps, none is as simple as that)
