Inutilisable
Initialement application correcte dans l’ensemble mais depuis une soit disante détection d’usage professionnel il est impossible de jouir de cette application.
Formulaire d’usage non professionnel transmis mais aucun retour de leur part après une semaine.
J’ai trouvé d’autre application similaire et nettement plus performante sans qu’il essaie par tout moyen de vous soutirer un abonnement.
Bouton discussion absent ou inefficace ?
Depuis qques maj il est moins facile de créer une discussion avec un pc. Plus de bouton discussion depuis un compte PC et plus de possibilité depuis une demande de support. Cela malgré une licence Premium ? Est-ce possible de remettre en fonction ce moyen de communication.
Super simple
Super pour pouvoir prendre le contrôle à distance des ordinateurs de la famille Parents,beaux parents quand il y a un problème et qu’on peut pas se déplacer ou qu il est tard...
Seul inconvénient c est si ils n’ont pas une version différente de celui qui contrôle, impossible de se connecter et leur dicter à distance de faire la mise à jour n’est pas toujours facile car la mise à jour ne se fait pas automatiquement.
Mais à part cela tout le reste fonctionne superbement bien. Et surtout c’est gratuit quand c’est familial et non commercial.
