I have been practicing yoga for 3 years and had to temporarily stop because I got surgery. I decided to subscribe to find my flow once again and this app - and Jessamyn - are the bomb. I’m learning new details about the postures I thought I knew so well. And this is the perfect safe and sound approach I needed to reconnect with body movement. 👏
