When going through infertility, fertility treatments and/or miscarriage, the psychological impact is real - we know first-hand. That’s why we’ve created an app that holds your hand and helps you connect with others on the same journey.
Tilly is a fertility app that gives you the tools to cope with and manage the emotional and psychological challenges of fertility issues. Did you know that a majority of fertility patients struggle with their mental well-being, as well as feelings of loneliness and grief? If this is you, you are definitely not alone - and Tilly is a safe place created with you in mind.
Tilly is developed by two women who have been there themselves. Trying to find answers, being thrown between hope and despair, and struggling to survive the mental health challenges.
Connect with others in our community: find others who are doing the same fertility treatment as you, or just share your feelings with others who understand what you’re going through.
Do interactive self-care activities: the app is filled with evidence-based mental wellness tools to get you through fertility struggles, including fertility meditation, journaling, CBT exercises, tips from experts, and much more.
Understand your treatment: Add your treatment schedule to get medication reminders and facts that help you understand your treatment, step by step.
