Appli bien mais bug aux automates
Il est très regrettable que depuis plusieurs mois, ma carte Total ne fonctionne plus aux automates. Quelle est l’intérêt de prendre une carte Total si cette carte nous oblige à aller au guichet pour payer. Ce bug persiste depuis quasi un an dans beaucoup de stations. Sinon l’appli et bien c’est pourquoi j’ai mis quatre étoiles.
Carte cadeau
Au lieu de donner des cartes de lavage en cadeau donner plus tôt des cartes de 30 euros

Que l’appli est longue à se lancer !
A l’ouverture, chargement des données qui dure un paquet de secondes. Ensuite, si je clique sur ma carte, chargement des données... qui dure un paquet de secondes. Si je clique sur mon compte, historique, station, à chaque fois, chargement des données, pour me dire qu’il n’y a pas de données, alors qu’il y en a plein puisque je suis Platinum.
Sinon, l’appli est bien faite, mais à quoi sert une appli si on rechigne à y aller car il y a des chargements à tout bout de champ qui la rende trop longue (et pourtant j’ai un iPhone 13 !!)
