Very bad service

Orders take ages to arrive, when the same order placed on Zomato arrives within 20-30 minutes. The customer service always blames it on the drivers.

Drivers almost never wear gloves and masks, during Covid-19 times.

There is no reason to use Toters when other apps propose the same service 10 times better and faster.

So much plastic waste, very long delivery

I called to tell them about the plastic waste many times, they just told me they’re going to think about it and they never changed anything!! This is why I buy from another place now where they use paper bag.
Plus they take so much time to deliver
