The app needs to be faster and the Visa/mtc section is very unprofessional

Worst telecommunication company ever

I am just freaking trying to get in contact with a human agent but the application is extremely unhelpful and useless and their call center is even worse

Pitiful app

So basic it makes you cry. No way to know your balance - both data or voice - or trace your usage. The beauty of not having competition I guess. Shame.
