SUBSCRIPTION:
We offer clear subscription options. With our four plans – 30-minute, 2-hour, 5-hour, and 45-hour, you only pay for as many minutes as you need.
All plans cover all transcriber features + additional transcription time.
If you choose to get one of our plans, your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal depends on your Subscription Plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.

Bonjour! We are sorry to see you go. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your subscription as this has to be managed directly by you. To do so, please follow the steps in this tutorial from Apple, which describes how to cancel a subscription https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 . If you complete the instructions, feel free to message our customer support team via the Transcriber app, as we can confirm if your subscription renewal has been successfully canceled. Take care!

Dans les abonnements qui sont d’ailleurs obligatoires pour l’utilisation de l'application, il y a écrit les tarifs par mois, et quand le moment de payer est arrivé j’ai dû payer l’année complète sans que ce soit clairement montré et maintenant j’ai dû payer une somme astronomique pour rien car l’application ne fonctionne même pas, si j’avais su je n’aurais pas payer je n’ai pas l’argent pour.. N’utilisez jamais cette application !!!!!

Bonjour! We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused. Transcriber offers both monthly and yearly transcription plans. The yearly plans are up to 50% cheaper. The monthly and yearly switcher is clearly shown in the app. Once you choose any yearly transcription plan, the final step which is required before completing the purchase is the user's purchase confirmation, where you can see the total yearly amount you will be billed. We cannot charge users without their payment confirmation as it's technically impossible. It seems like you didn't read what payment amount you are confirming, so you subscribed to the yearly plan by mistake. Please message our customer support directly via the app so we can help you with a refund. We look forward to assisting you!

impossible de trouver la transcription ! Cette app ne fait rien. Et lorsque l'on souhaite "recommencer", l'app indique qu'il faut de nouveau payer... Jamais vu cela avant !

To do so, tap on the top right Settings icon and tap on the Contact Customer Support on the top. We highly recommend doing so next time, as our customer support team will return to you as fast as possible with detailed instructions. To access your transcript, please tap on the selected recording and tap on the bottom green Transcribe. In the Transcript Info screen, you can access the transcript. The first 10 transcription minutes are on us for each user. If you would like to ask us anything else, we are looking forward to hearing from you!
