Description
TRIQ is the smart preparation for your next triathlon. Whether you're an elite athlete or a beginner, thanks to an intelligent algorithm, the app creates your individual training plan, which continuously adjusts to performance, availability, and current health. By considering your time availability, we aim to harmonize your life, work, and training.
To use the app, you need a Garmin® smart-watch with a Connect account. TRIQ automatically utilizes the training data measured with it for planning.
ALWAYS FOCUSED ON TRAINING GOALS
Enter a triathlon you want to train for and set a goal time. Of course, you can also set a goal to simply complete the respective distance for starters.
TRIQ evaluates your time availability and current fitness from the outset, identifying whether your goal is realistic. The goal races set in TRIQ serve as the starting point for your training plan.
VERSATILITY GUARANTEED - TRAIN FOR THE FOLLOWING TRIATHLONS
• Full Distance Triathlon: 2.4 miles swim (3.9 km), 112 miles bike (180 km), 26.2 miles marathon run (42.2 km)
• Half Distance Triathlon: 1.2 miles swim (1.9 km), 56 miles bike (90 km), 13.1 miles half marathon run (21.1 km)
• Olympic Distance Triathlon: 0.93 miles swim (1.5 km), 25 miles bike (40 km), 6.2 miles run (10 km)
• Sprint Triathlon: 0.47 miles swim (750 m), 12 miles bike (20 km), 3.1 miles run (5 km)
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PLANS
Every athlete has different needs based on their individual starting point, which is why each training plan of TRIQ, tailored by our Training Engine, is unique.
TRIQ autonomously schedules the necessary training sessions for your next triathlon and precisely knows whether you should prefer swimming, cycling, running, or taking a break.
Based on your physical condition, health, and time availability, workouts are dynamically scheduled in the calendar. TRIQ is highly flexible, immediately accommodating missed workouts or changed availabilities.
Training plans are designed to incorporate meaningful breaks for recovery automatically. This long-term approach helps athletes maintain motivation and consistency on the path to their goals, which are key factors for successful performance improvement.
With a smart weekly overview of training sessions and intensity levels, you can anticipate the upcoming training days and whether to look forward to swimming, cycling, or running.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS WITH TANGIBLE DATA
TRIQ processes performance data from your Garmin® Connect fitness tracker and learns day by day how you are improving. This way, it selects the most logical next steps to make your training more effective. Therefore, manual planning becomes a thing of the past, you save a lot of time and can fully concentrate on your training.
