Twomon SE 4+

By far the best 3rd-party screen sharing app for Ipad

Since there is no review on this app yet I take the time to make one :)
Compared to Xdisplay (free) and Duet Display (not free) apps,
Twomon is clearly the most efficient windows compatible solution atm. More recent than its competitors, the app offers a fluidity close to 60hz and allows you to reach the maximum Ipad resolution in screen sharing (2732 x 2048). There is no equivalent in the AppStore in terms performance and compromise between image quality and latency.
By default, the app launches when windows opens, which means it’s possible to consider an Ipad or any other tablet as an unique external screen (paired with a Mac mini in travel use for example) giving this app a true potential. The app is worth its price.

Comparé aux solutions Xdisplay (gratuit) et Duet Display (payant),
Twomon est clairement la solution compatible avec windows la plus performante du moment. Plus récente que ces 2 concurrents L’appli offre une fluidité proche des 60hz et permet d’atteindre la résolution max de l’Ipad en écrans partagés (2732 x 2048 ) il n’y a pas d’équivalent dans l’AppStore en terme de performance et de compromis entre qualité d’image et latence.
Par défault l’appli se lance à l’ouverture de windows ce qui veut dire qu’il est possible d’envisager un Ipad ou toutes autres tablettes comme unique écran externe (pour un Mac mini en utilisation nomade par exemple). Ce qui offre à cette application un potentiel certain. Vaut clairement son prix.

Pas encore top

Pas très net et fluide et pompe trop sur l’ordinateur c’est dommage surtout pour 11€ ça pourrait être bien mieux optimisé.
